REPELLENTS, NETS & INSECTICIDE
At The Travel Clinic (Glasgow) we advise the use of DEET based repellents in the prevention of malaria and to minimise the liklihood of sustaining mosquito bites. DEET spray is one of the most effective defences against mosquitos and other flying insects. The spray applicator makes it the least messy and easiest method of applying repellent to your skin. As a general rule when the deet spray is applied correctly, 1 x 100ml bottle will be sufficient for 1 person for 2 weeks
