Vaccinations
Whilst we would recommend that you attend for travel vaccines at least one month before your trip, vaccination can still be beneficial, even at a late stage. Because we operate differently to most GP surgeries, we can administer travel vaccines at your initial visit (if it is medically appropriate to do so). It may be necessary for us to liase with your GP or hospital consultant if you have certain medical conditions before we can administer certain vaccines. We would therefore advise that you contact us at an early stage if at all possible. Repeat visits may be required if a vaccine course such as rabies is being given.
Vaccination advice does vary depending on individual itineraries, so it is essential that we understand as much as possible about your proposed trip. We can then discuss with you the recommended and mandatory vaccines for your trip and administer these once we have completed a medical questionnaire.

Cancellation Policy We ask that you provide 48 hours notice should you wish to cancel your appointment. A £25 cancellation/failure to attend fee will be levied if you do not attend your appointment or cancel with less than 48 hours notice. Credit or debit card details will be required at the time of booking your appointment. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice or fail to attend your appointment, the late cancellation/failure to attend fee of £25 will be processed to this card. These details are not used for any other reason and are destroyed after your appointment.
